Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about, and practice six ways to use whiteboarding and screencasting too support of instruction, feedback, knowledge building, and assessment of learning. These ways include: synchronous instruction and feedback, asynchronous instruction and feedback, instructor-driven template creation, student note-taking, student-driven tutorial production, and student interaction with templates.

Explain Everything for iPad or Chromebook will be the primary tool used in the workshop, though any other combination of screencasting and whiteboarding tools will be sufficient for meaningful participation. By exploring these 6 approaches, participants will have a better understanding of how open ended tools can support communication, thinking and understanding.
